Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, change of mind, or personal preference.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at knowyaroots1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order issues: If there's a problem with your order (wrong item, missing item), reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Cancellations: Since orders are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
